>Water Drop Gel Instructions: To create the Water Drop effect, simply apply the Water Drop Gel over a cured nail top coat. Blooming gel is clear.
1) Apply base coat, cure 60 sec.
2) Apply top coat, cure 60 sec. Using shiny or matte will create different effects.
3) Apply the Water Drop Gel, cure 60 Sec. (Create designs if desired)
