Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bling Galleria. We strive to provide you with the best quality products and service. Please read our policy below regarding refunds and exchanges.
The names Bling & Bling Galleria are used interchangeably to mean Bling Galleria.
Returns and Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges within [14] days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Certain items such as personal care goods (such as beauty products, nail dips, chromes & gel polishes), made-to-order, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is returned damaged or used, a partial refund or denial may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Bling Galleria ships USPS Ground Advantage only and may from time to time add a signature requirement to ensure you receive your order.Â
Allergic Reactions
Allergic reactions are common in the nail gel & nail dip industry. Bling strives to ensure our products are among the cleanest & safest in the industry. Bling's products are free from the most common nail gel allergens. Product ingredients are provided in each online listing. These online ingredient lists follow OSHA requirements for MSDS or SDS documents. Please review the ingredients & ask any questions prior to purchasing. Allergic reactions are person, user or application specific, and not a defect in Bling's products. Allergic reactions can happen for many reasons that are not the fault of or defect in Bling Products, not under Bling's control and/or not Bling's responsibility. Bling recommends users follow Bling Best Practices to avoid reactions, as defined in Bling Galleria Recommendations. Failure to follow these recommendations can result in unwanted reactions that are not caused by a defect in Bling's products. Returns are not accepted for allergic, dermatitis or sensitivity reactions after using Bling Products. By checking acknowledgement, you agree you have reviewed the ingredient list provided in the product listings for your product purchases, have read & agree to Bling Galleria Recommendations, and do not hold Bling responsible if you believe you have had an allergic, dermatitis or sensitivity reaction after using Bling products.Â

Beauty products
Downloadable software or digital products
