Japanese Gels

What are Japanese Gels?
Japanese Gels are high quality, highly pigmented soft gels in pots. They have a soft texture with medium viscosity. Mostly opaque but some can be translucent Jelly gels and even Cat Eye’s now. Japanese gels are basically a concentrated gel with very little monomer or dilution agents. This means less chemicals. Japanese Gels contain only the needed ingredients to give it strength and adhesion without the extra chemicals needed to make it liquid enough to be useable out of a bottle. Lower monomer & dilution agents, combined with Bling’s HEMA, HPMA, TPO Free formula results in an incredibly clean gel formula. Bling Japanese Gels are 5g of pure gel in a pot. 5g is typical for the Japanese gel industry (because most of the monomer and dispersion agents are eliminated).
Key Points:
· Japanese Gels provide thin layers with strength, adhesion, shorter curing and easy removal.
· Japanese gels are safer, with less wasted product, because it is significantly easier to apply on your nails plus no need to worry about gel running into your cuticles.
· Japanese Gels requires a thicker base gel that flexes with your nail.
o Bling Recommends Bling clear rubber base gel.
· Japanese gels are a highly concentrated jar of gel per gram, versus a bottle of gel diluted with monomer and dilution agents.
· Japanese gel price may seem higher for the 5 grams of gel; however, each gram of gel is concentrated actual gel material with significantly less monomer and minimal dilution agents.
· Japanese Gels are not mass produced. They are produced in small batches with quality control. This means improved quality, but also loss of mass production price saving.
· Japanese gels are Resin gels, which is different formula than Pudding gels. Therefore, they do not have the same creamy consistency as Pudding gels.
· Japanese Gels are not builder gel.
