Shipping policy

Shipping:  We will ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-5 business days, but on occasion it may take 5-7 business days. Holidays or Sales can take up to 14 days. We know how frustrating it can be to wait weeks for an order to arrive and we will do our best to ship as soon as possible!  We are not able to offer international or combined shipping at this time.

We may offer free shipping from time to time during promotions or sales. If we do offer free shipping, it will be specified in the Home Page Header (after discounts).  If there is no free shipping listed on the Home Page, then there is no free shipping at the time.

Bling Galleria now offers Route Protection Insurance FREE of Charge with Every Order.

Route is now provided on every www.blinggalleria.com purchase. Route offers Fast and Hassle Free Resolutions. Route provides superior protection for your order during shipping, including coverage's not provided by USPS, such as 'delivered but not received' due to USPS error or theft.  USPS Ground Advantage $100 insurance limit coverage does not provide insurance coverage once it is officially deliveredBling Galleria still reserves the right to add a Signature Requirement to any order purchase that it deems necessary. In this case, please follow tracking to see when your package will be delivered so you can provide a signature at delivery. Or contact your local post office to hold your package so you can pick it up. 

Any package not received must wait 7 days, per Route Policy and adopted to Bling's policy, to give the package a chance to show up, before Bling can submit a Route claim. Determination will be made at that time how to proceed. If a Route claim is needed, Bling will submit the Route Claim on behalf of the buyer. The buyer will need to provide any evidence to support the Route Claim. Route will need evidence if package was not received. If the package contained a Signature Requirement and someone other than the Buyer at the correct address signed for the package, that information will be provided by USPS for the Route Claim., Bling will need the Buyer's assistance in determining who signed for the package for the Route Claim. If the package was delivered to and signed for at a wrong address, that information will be provided by USPS for the Route Claim. Once Route fulfills the claim, Bling will make the determination on whether to send a replacement or refund.
