Stamping Top Coat Gel Clear (No Wipe) - HEMA, HPMA, TPO Free

Clear Gel (10ml): No wipe, No dispersion Layer - Great for Chroming

Should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent premature hardening. 

Stamping Instructions (using Bling Stamping Top Coat:
1. Prep nails as you would usually do.
2. Apply Bling gel base coat and cure 60 seconds.
3. Apply Bling Russian Matte Top coat. Cure for 60 Seconds.
3. Next, Apply the Stamping Gel to the Stapling Plate.
4. Use scraper at a 45 degree angle and scrape the excess gel quickly and strongly from the inside to the outside on the stamping plate.
5. Press Stamper with gentle rolling motion to pick up the design
6. Image is transferred to the stamp.
7. Transfer the image to the nail surface. Cure for 60 Seconds.
8. Use the applicator to apply small amounts of chrome powder and rub the powder gently into the nail. Brush away excess powder. This can be repeated until the desired chrome effect is accomplished.
9. Do a final 60 second cure (especially if Bling Chrome Mirror Top coat was less than full 60 seconds.)
10. Apply a layer of Bling Rubber Base Coat (or Regular Bling Base Coat) and cure 60 seconds. Then apply a layer of Top Coat. this can be any of Bling's top Coats: Strong Top Coat, Diamond Top Coat, Rubber Top Coat or Bling Chrome Mirror Top Coat. Cure for 60 Seconds.

>This gel requires a UV/LED Light and a Gel Top Coat.
>Stamping gel comes in 10ml Jar. The exact number of Mani's depends in the length of your nails & the thickness you use.
