I’m wearing this now and the quality is excellent. It gives a beautiful soft milky-white finish and applies very nicely.

My only point of confusion is that the bottle itself isn’t labeled as a top coat, so at first I wasn’t completely sure I had the right product. Once I figured it out, though, the performance was exactly what I expected from Bling Galleria.

The finish is smooth, pretty, and high quality. Five stars overall. I just wish the bottle labeling made it a little clearer that this is the milky top coat.
