To create the Water Drop effect, simply apply the Water Drop Gel over a cured nail top coat. Blooming gel is clear. 1) Apply base coat, cure 60 sec. 2) Apply top coat, cure 60 sec. Using shiny or matte will create different effects. 3) Apply the Water Drop Gel in the desired shap, cure 60 Sec. (Create designs if desired)
