ULTRA Russian Matte Top Coat Gel (Used historically in the Russian manicure industry) is silky and provides many unique benefits over regular gel top coat. Especially powders do not stick to it if you want to chrome raised designs.
It does have a slight odor, unlike the other Bling Gels, that's consistent with most gels.

• Matte Top Coats do show imperfections easier than a normal shiny gel top coat. Therefore, using two coats of Bling's Russian Matte Top Coat is recommended. This helps seal in color, hide imperfections, and improves the longevity of the manicure.

Overall, it has a smoother, streak-free, velvet finish. It is 100% resistant to chrome or foreign powders sticking to or smudging into it. It is more forgiving during application, leading to streak-free results. It is also more durable and out performs regular matte top coat, making it a long-lasting Matte Top Coat.

This will also to ensure the dispersion layer from the last color gel does not cause the Matte Top Coat to look shiny. How do I apply Bling Russian Matte Top Coat?

1) Prep your nails, Apply Base Gel, thoroughly cure 60 Sec or more.

2) Apply your color choice, ensuring it is streak free. Thoroughly cure 60 sec or more each.

A smooth color application will make your Matte Top Coat application imperfection free.

3) Apply a shiny top coat to ensure a streak & bump free layer to apply your Matte Top Coat.

3) Apply 2 thin layers of Bling Matte Coat and cure 60 seconds each. (No need to wipe since it is wipe free.)

>This gel requires a UV/LED Light, Gel Base Coat but does not require a Top Coat.
