Reflective Halo Top Coat Gel - HEMA, HPMA, TPO Free

Reflective Halo Gel Topper- A clear gel top coat loaded with very fine holographic and reflective silver glitter that will show a rainbow of colors depending on how the light hits it. When the reflective glitter is exposed to a flash from a camera or phone, it will show a bright silver color.
