Neon Chrome powders come in Neon Purple, Neon Pink, Neon Blue, Neon Green, Neon Yellow, Neon Orange and can be purchased as a set or individually.
Chromes are standard matte powder, come in a jar with 1 gram of chrome powder and one sponge applicator inside a sealed clear plastic pouch

*Please note: Neon Chromes are not dip powders and can't be chromed. They are colored pigments that can be applied over gel polish or gel base coat to create unique and beautiful nail art. Chrome Instructions (using Bling's gels): 1. Prep nails as you would usually do. 2. Apply Bling's gel base coat and cure for 60 seconds. 3. Apply white gel polish or a colored gel polish as a base coat, then cure for 60 seconds. 4. Use the sponge applicator to apply small amounts of Neon Chrome pigment and rub the powder gently into the nail. This can be repeated until the desired effect or coloring is achieved. 5. Apply a layer of Bling's gel base coat and cure for 60 seconds. Then apply a layer of Bling's Strong Gel Top Coat or Rubber Gel Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds. Cure time may vary when using gels other than Bling's.
