Neon Chrome & Vixen Black Blooming Gel Mani
-This mani is made with Neon Blue, Neon Purple, Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, and Neon Green chromes on the first layer. The second layer is Blooming gel and Vixen Black gel spots.
-Neon chromes are sold in a separate listing.
Blooming gel is a clear gel, and only when used together with colored gels will it give the colorful blooming effect.
Blooming Gel Instructions:
1) Apply the gel base coat and cure for 60 seconds.
2) Apply a colored gel polish of your choice and cure for 60 seconds.
3) Apply a layer of blooming gel to the entire nail and do not cure it.
4) Apply colored gel or gels of choice over uncured blooming gel. Using a dotting tool to apply colored gel over uncured blooming gel will help to control how much gel is being applied and aid in creating a more specific pattern.
5) Watch as the blooming gel creates its masterpiece by allowing the colored gel polish to spread out. Once the desired look is achieved, cure the nail.
6) Apply top gel top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
-Easy to use: This blooming gel is a clear gel for making blooming nails and is designed for any skill level.
-Blooming effects: Create water-color, marble, flowers, stripes, and other nail art designs with blooming gel by itself or over any gel polish or gel base coat. This is different from blooming alcohol ink.
-This gel requires a UV/LED Light and a Gel Top Coat.
-Gels come in 15ml (0.5oz. e) size. The exact number of Mani's depends in the length of your nails & the thickness you use.
