White Lightning White Glow is a beautiful shimmery white gel polish that will also glow white once in the dark. With one coat, this gel will be a bit translucent and can even be worn as a shimmery topper over other colors or on its own. To achieve an opaque shimmery white that will glow the brightest, applying 2-3 coats is recommended.

This rubber base gel will be sheer with 1-2 layers and opaque with 3 layers.
