Glow in the Dark Transparent Top Coat - HEMA, HMPA, TPO

-Glow Top coat is Transparent when not glowing. Glows green in the dark.
-Requires a Thin Layer to be Transparent. Not as Clear as Clear Traditional Top Coat.

-This gel requires a UV/LED Light, Gel Base Coat and a Gel Top Coat.
-Gels come in 15ml Bottle unless specified otherwise. The exact number of Mani's depends in the length of your nails & the thickness you use.
