Cat Eye Gel swatches are generally made of 2 layers of the cat eye gel, unless specified otherwise. Swatches alternately can be 1 layer of Vixen black solid gel and a 2nd layer of the cat eye gel. Majority Cat Eye's sold by Bling do not require a 1st layer of Black.
