SECTION 3 - COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS

Ingredients / Mixture Description

This product is a UV/LED-curable acrylate-based cosmetic gel mixture designed for curing under UV/LED light into a solid polymer film. Exact composition varies by shade and product variant. Listed components represent typical ranges across the product family.

Composition Notes

·       Multi-component acrylate-based UV/LED polymerizable gel system.

·       Hazard classification is based on the mixture as supplied (uncured state).

·       Upon UV/LED exposure, the product undergoes polymerization into a solid polymer film.

·       Cosmetic pigments are dispersed in a polymer matrix and are not expected to present inhalation hazards under normal use.

·       Exact formulation varies by shade, opacity, and effect variant but remains within the same chemical hazard profile.

SECTION 4 - FIRST AID MEASURES

Skin Contact: Wash immediately with soap and water. If a skin rash or allergic reaction develops, seek medical advice/attention.

Eye Contact: Rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Seek medical attention if symptoms occur.
Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Seek medical attention if symptoms occur.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Contact poison control center.

SECTION 5 - FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

Engineering Controls:

·        Provide local exhaust dust ventilation at nail workstations (e.g., nail dust collectors).

·        General dilution ventilation is acceptable for incidental exposure during professional application.

·        Use adequate local exhaust ventilation where repeated professional use occurs.

·        Follow manufacturer instructions for UV/LED curing equipment.

SECTION 11 - TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION (HUMAN HEALTH)

Exposure Routes:

·       Skin contact: Primary potential route of occupational exposure due to possible accidental contact during application. Contact with uncured product may cause skin irritation and may lead to allergic skin sensitization following repeated exposure.

·       Inhalation: Secondary route of exposure. Low vapor pressure limits inhalation exposure under normal use conditions. Dust may be generated during filing of cured product. 

·       Eye contact: Direct contact may cause irritation.

·       Ingestion: Not an expected route of exposure in normal intended use.

Acute Effects:

·       Direct contact with uncured product may cause skin irritation and eye irritation. Sensitized individuals may develop an allergic skin reaction.

·       Ingestion is not an anticipated route during intended cosmetic use.

Chronic Effects:

·       No chronic health effects are expected under normal conditions of use. Repeated exposure to uncured product may increase the risk of developing allergic contact dermatitis.

·       This mixture is not classified as carcinogenic under GHS.
